Mildred I. Gill
MARION-Mildred I. Gill, 84, of Marion, passed away at 4:00 AM, Sunday, January 23, 2005 at Paradise Manor Nursing Home in Marion. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 25, 2005 at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Reverend Eddie Null officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 25, 2005 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Marion. Memorials may be made to White Ash Free Will Baptist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home or may sent: co Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, Illinois 62959. Mrs. Gill was born on February 1, 1920 in Marion to Edward and Ora (Elliott) Creal. She married James F. Gill on February 14, 1946 in Williamson County. He preceded her in death on January 10, 1979. Survivors include her sons, Dick and Pat Gill of Marion, James E. Gill of Marion, and Terry and Wilma Gill of Marion; grandchildren, Scott and Alicia Gill of Marion, Ryan Gill of Pittsburg and Brittany Gill of Marion; great grandchildren, Adam, Brandon, Kaitlyn and Kirstie; sister, Doris Beasley of Pittsburg; brother, Ralph Fox of Johnston City. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Sylvester Fox. Mrs. Gill was a member of White Ash Free Will Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and she sold Avon for several years.
