HERRIN-Danielle L. Shell, 19, of Herrin passed away at 5:20 AM, Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at Herrin Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, July 24, 2006 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Watseka with Reverend Tom McCann officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, Friday, July 21, 2006 at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion. Memorials may be made to the Xavier Ray Fund; envelopes are available at the funeral home, or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959.

Danielle was born on October 12, 1986 in Kankakee, Illinois to Duane and Brenda Lee (Bell) Shell.

Survivors include her son, Xavier Ray; her father and step-mother, Duane and Heather Shell of Ashkum; brother and sister-in-law, Duane, Jr. and Tina Shell of Johnston City; sister, Deanna M. Shell of Herrin; brother, Jesse Shell; and many cousins and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Brenda on October 11, 2005.

Danielle had a kind heart, she loved to help people and will be missed by all.
