Allen Parker

Marion-Allen Parker, 66, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at Heartland Regional Medical Center.

Allen was born on April 11, 1953 in Carbondale to Joseph and Adris (Ingram) Parker. He married Karen Swan and she survives.

Allen retired from United Central Industrial Supplies.  He enjoyed drinking coffee, playing pool and spending time with family and friends.

Daughter-Jennifer Parker and boyfriend Eric O’Connor

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Randy Parker and Eddie Parker and nephew, J.T. Parker.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 11am at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Gary Emery officiating.  Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Pittsburg.  Visitation will be on Wednesday from 9am until the time of service at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
