Candace Lee Rorie

Elkville- Candace Lee Rorie, age 68, of Elkville, passed away at 5am on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at her home in Elkville.

She was born in Youngstown, Ohio on September 10, 1952, the daughter of Rodger Kyle and Harriett (Lehman) King. She had worked various jobs in her life including waitress, hostess, and most importantly, a homemaker and mother.

Survivors include her daughters- Carla Reeder, Theresa Coate, Valerie Smith, Kellie Coate, and Juanita Rorie; 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and her siblings- James Kyle, Lowell Kyle, Charlene Laws, Phillip Kyle, Rodger Kyle, and Michael King.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her step-father- Charles King, who had raised her from a young girl, daughter- Candace Lee Rorie II, sister- Lowella Riddle, brother- Robert Kyle, brother- William Kyle, and brother- Lester Kyle.
