Edwin Vega

Marion-Edwin Vega, 69, passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the VA Medical Center. Edwin was born on April 28, 1949 in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Eli and Gloria (Rivera) Vega. Edwin served in the U.S. Army. He loved the outdoors and riding horses. Survivors include: Son-Daniel Vega of Kansas City, MO Daughter-Lisa Huckstep and husband Chris of Houston, MO Three grandchildren Sister-Nellie Vega of TX Brothers-Eli Vega and wife Carol of TX and Wendell Vega and wife Monica of NY He was preceded in death by his parents. Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 22, 2018 at 11am at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.  Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with arrangements.
