Jackie "Jack" Harris

Marion-Jackie “Jack” Dean Harris, 88, passed away on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Heartland Regional Medical Center. Jack was born on November 30, 1929 in Marion to Troy and Celestia (Wyatt) Harris. He married Marilyn Holland on June 10, 1960 in Pinckneyville. Jack was the former owner and operator of Harris Trucking. He was of Baptist faith and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Survivors include: Wife-Marilyn Harris Children: Paula Smith Troy and Marilee Harris Mike and Terry Harris Several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Connie Blue Private graveside services will be held at Oddfellows Cemetery.   Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with arrangements.
