Jody Swisher

Goreville-Jody Swisher, 62, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Heartland Regional Medical Center. Jody was born on March 27, 1954 in Anna to Carl and Mildred (Hudgens) Lindsey.  She married Kenny Swisher in Mt. Hebron on September 12, 1982.  He survives of Goreville Jody was a member of First Baptist Church in Goreville.  She loved photography, gardening and all animals.  She will be missed by all. Survivors include: Husband-Kenny Swisher of Goreville Step children: Kenneth Wayne Jr. and Lee Ann Swisher of Paducah, KY Rachel and Billy Thomas of Vienna Brothers: Jerry and An Yo Lindsey of Goreville Jimmy and Caryl Lindsey of Goreville John and Lottie Lindsey of Goreville Step grandchildren: Austin Swisher Will Thomas Tori Thomas Libby Thomas Beloved nieces: Tammy and Todd Brenningmeyer of Wentzville, MO Mary and Arric Ploch of Wentzville, MO Mother-in-law-Virginia Galbreath of Goreville Five great nieces: Maya Brenningmeyer Logan Brenningmeyer Zackary Ploch Madison Ploch Ellie Ploch She was preceded in death by her parents Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 1pm at Blue Funeral Home in Goreville with Rev. Joseph Pike officiating.  Burial will follow at Mt. Hebron Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Sunday, May 22, 2016 from 5pm-8pm at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Mt.
