Marion-Lewis Lamphere, 84, passed away at 12:55pm on Monday, June 15, 2015 at his home.
Lewis was born on April 29, 1931 in Johnson County to Charles Edward and Nancy (Webb) Lamphere. He married June Sullivan and she preceded him in death and then married Shirley Dempsey and she also preceded him in death.
Lewis was in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed music and spending time with family and friends. He will be missed by all.

Lewis was preceded in death by his parents; wife June; wife Shirley; sisters, Elsie Pierce, Gertie Craig, Cynthia Lemasters and Sarah Dowdy and brothers, John Lamphere, Charlie Lamphere, Jim Lamphere, Bill Lamphere.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 11am at Blue Funeral Home in Marion. Burial will follow at County Line Cemetery. Visitation will also be on Thursday from 10am until the time of service at the funeral home.
