Mark A. Moulton

Marion- Mark Allen Moulton, 57, of Marion, died at 12:50 AM, Monday, April 8, 2019 at Integrity Health Care in Marion.

Mark was born on July 11, 1961 in Harrisburg to Ray Arlon and Brenda (Culbreth) Moulton.

He was a hardworking man who worked at Mack’s Superfood and later at IGA in Marion until it closed. He was the dairy manager for many years. He was Baptist and a longtime member of Marion 2nd Baptist Church. He sang in the choir and specials on Sunday. In his spare time he enjoyed spending time outside fishing and following local high school basketball and the Denver Broncos football team.

Survivors include-

Mother- Brenda Moulton and significant other Jerry Bayles of Marion

Brother- Barry Lynn Moulton of Decatur

Niece- Erica Moulton and companion Matt Mueller of Crab Orchard

Great niece and nephew- Haley and Darren Mueller of Crab Orchard

He was preceded in death by his father and brother- David Moulton.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion. Dr. Bob Wagner will officiate.  Inurnment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in rural Marion. A time of visitation will begin at 10:00 AM and extend until time of service, Saturday, at Blue Funeral Home in Marion.

Sorry we missed the funeral we are still out of town keeping family in our prayers I went by to see Mark the other day he was sleeping we have a lot of great memories. Loren and Gayla Taylor

So sorry for the family. Mark was such a special guy. His songs were so sweet to hear. Will be missed here, but oh how he is rejoicing in Heaven. No doubt he is singing his heart out.

Mark was truly a wonderful person with a very big heart. I will never forget all the good times and memories in my life that Mark was a part of. Beulah Land is now your home forever.

What a caring friendly man Mark was. He always spoke when he saw you. His light shone brightly wherever and whenever. It was a pleasure and honor to know this fine man.

Im so sorry to hear about Marks passing. I went to school with Mark beginning in grade school and always tried to speak to him at IGA. He was a kind soul and I know he will be greatly missed. Prayers for your family for the days ahead.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I went to school with Mark, and he was always so kind. In later years, I enjoyed saying hello to him while I was shopping in IGA. Again, he was always so kind. Prayers for your family.
