Nancy Goss Reynolds

Marion-Nancy Goss Reynolds, 59, passed away on Monday, July 29, 2019 at 2:30am at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

Nancy was born on June 27, 1960 in Marion to John L. and Rainie (Howerton) Goss.

She began her career as a special education teacher in Goreville and then Marion High School, Crab Orchard High School, Rend Lake College and locations in the St. Louis area.  Nancy received her bachelor of Education from Murray State University.  She taught for many years and took great pride in the success of her students.  She always spoke fondly of her friends and family, particularly her sons, Tyler and Tobias and her great niece, Katy Jane.

Parents-John and Rainie Goss

Nieces-Kelly and Paige Spiller

Great niece-Katy Jane

Several aunts, uncles and cousins

A private memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 11am at Goddard Chapel in Marion with burial at Rose Hill Cemetery.  Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with arrangements.

Memorials may be made to the Lighthouse Shelter in Marion and will be accepted at the funeral home.
