Creal Springs- Ray Lollis, age 74, of Creal Springs, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018 at his home in Creal Springs. Ray was born in New Burnside on April 9, 1944, the son of Joseph and Marjorie (Hundley) Lollis. He married Blanca Ramos in Paducah, Kentucky on February 1, 1991. She survives. Ray served in the United States Marine Corp during Vietnam and continued to be a proud supporter of his veterans. He was the former Fire Chief of Creal Springs. Ray enjoyed country music and motorcycles. Survivors include his wife- Blanca Lollis of Creal Springs Two daughters- Rayanna and Peter Etscheid of Peru, IL Cynthia Medina of Creal Springs Three sons- Ryan and Terri Lollis of Chicago Heights Mario and Ivy Medina of LaSalle Martin Garza and fiancé Rachel Bailey of Bloomington Grandchildren- Siobhan Moss Jerrica McGill Sebastain Black Nathan Leonard Sierra Medina Three great grandchildren One sister- Janet Lydia of Phoenix, AZ He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and three sisters. As per his wishes, Ray will be cremated. A memorial visitation will be held from 9:00am to 11:00am on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion.  Military honors will be presented by the Marion VFW and American Legion Posts at 11:00am on Tuesday at Blue Funeral Home in Marion. For those who prefer, memorial donations may be made to The Haven. Envelopes will be available and accepted at Blue Funeral Home; 1704 N Court Street; Marion, IL 62959.
