Simpson-Richard Dennison (“Dick”) Green born July 7, 1951 passed from this life Sept. 7^th, 2017; at his home in Simpson, Illinois. He resided in Kankakee, IL until he relocated to Simpson, IL in 1989 He is survived by his wife Pat Green; 2 daughters: Kelly Sue Green (Mark Cooper) of Kankakee, IL, Terry Ann French( Mike French) of Pleasant Prairie, WI , 3 step children: Steve Odom( Sandi Odom) of Ozark, IL, Angela Smith( Bobby Smith)of Salina, Kanas, Jenny Masterson( Chris Masterson) of Marion, IL, Wally Rokus (cousin), 14 grandchildren, half brother- Charles Barkley, Jr of Kankakee and half sister- Cathy Green-Hall of Kankakee. He is preceded in death by Norman Green (father), Helen Barclay (mother), Patricia (“Sis”) Fisher (sister), and Brian Green (brother), Johnathan Green (nephew), Mark Green (cousin), “Best Buddy” Gene Short, Walter McBride (father-in-law). Rich enjoyed hunting, fishing, auto repair and wood working. He will be cremated by Blue Funeral Home with a private family service to follow.
