Robert "Shorty" Dillon

Johnston City-Robert “Shorty” Allen Dillon, Jr., 22, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2019.

Robert was born on August 2, 1996 in Marion to Robert Dillon and Rhonda (Lawless) Dillon.

Mother-Rhonda Dillon of Marion

Sister-Megan Dillon of Johnston City

Brother-Chance Dillon of Johnston City

Sister-Kourtney Gursky of Johnston City

Nephews-Dominic Thomas Dillon and one on the way, Cade Dillon

Girlfriend-Kalie Barham of Johnston City

Maternal grandmother-Debbie Travelstead of Marion

Paternal grandparents-Clint and Murl Crabtree of Herrin

Maternal great grandmother-Betty Travelstead of Marion

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Phillip Lawless; maternal great grandfather, Wayne Travelstead and cousin, Dalton Dossie Lotus Gourley.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 11am at Blue Funeral Home in Marion. Visitation will be on Monday, July 15, 2019 from 5pm-8pm at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.
