Thelma Bryan WHITE ASH-Thelma Bryan, 83, of White Ash, passed away at 11:15 PM, Saturday, August 6, 2005 at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Galatia. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 9, 2005 at Bankston Fork Missionary Baptist Church, near Harrisburg with Reverend Jason Jean officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 9, 2005 at the church. Blue Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Burial will be at Bankston Fork Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer`s Association; envelopes are available at the church or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959. Mrs. Bryan was born on August 14, 1921 in Bankston Fork, Illinois to Jess and Ola (Somers) Moore. She married Cleo Bryan on February 28, 1942 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, he preceded her in death on October 17, 2001. Survivors include sister, Violet Moore of Galatia; sisters-in-law, Lillian Moore of Galatia, Jane Bryan of Eddyville and Ann Bryan of Marion; nephews, Mike Bryan of Eddyville, David and Debbie Moore and Danny and Jill Moore all of Galatia; niece, Kelly Palmer of Eddyville; and great nieces and nephews, Jennifer Frost, Kevin Dawson, Shyannon Moore, Jess Moore, Miranda Moore, Ryan Moore, Josh Moore and Kaylee Palmer. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two brothers, Leo Moore and James T. Moore; and niece Linda Dawson. Mrs. Bryan was a member of the Bankston Fork Missionary Baptist Church.
